Soriano-Manzanet family tribute

This vault has been designed by architects Fernando Vegas and Camilla Mileto and built by Salvador Gomis with the direction of Salvador Tomás. The vault was born as a tribute to both the ceramist tradition of the area, and the technique of the partitioned vault, so deeply rooted and typical of the history of the Levant, and which the Valencian architect Rafael Guastavino knew how to spread among the generation of modernist architects. with Gaudí at the helm, and export to the United States, where it became his main letter of introduction. The design of the pantheon has required working with special three-dimensional design computer programs, pursuing an optimal result on an aesthetic and structural level. All the curves present in the pantheon respond to catenary profiles, curves with an extraordinary difficulty of mathematical and graphic expression, which nevertheless allow the structural functioning of the set to be optimized.
